Portrait Photography for Real Women in the GTA

It’s hard to find high quality portrait photography that actually caters to real women who want artistry and creativity in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Finding a balance between who can create an image that will wow you versus an image that looks no better than yesterday’s phone selfie can be a challenge. So who can you trust to create these epic photos of you?

Real Women Artistic Portrait Photography GTA Toronto

Most of the high end photographers who use advanced editing to create stunning, artistic images usually only work with amazing models from agencies. And while I will admit that we all look more or less the same without our hair and makeup done, it is undeniable that there is something that allows models to pursue it for a living.

It’s not that these photographers don’t appreciate real women (non-models), but they’re so busy with commercial work that they have no time. Plus, it takes a different approach to create images for commercial than personal work.

Even if you could find one of these photographers willing to photograph you, they’d have to learn how to cater to you and therefore would be even more costly.

On the other hand you have a cornucopia of photographers who will essentially give away their service and experience for free. They all tend to look the same should you ever decide to compare them. If you choose to go this route you’re brain will start to spin. Trust me!

When you compete on price you have to make concessions somewhere. This usually means less time spent on creating an experience and post-production.

When you think low price you’re probably imaging Wal-Mart, Costco, or Sears (do they still do photography?)

There’s also a ton of new, online photographers who just got their hands on a camera. The images will be as vanilla and chocolate as it gets and you probably won’t see a difference between any of them.

That’s where I feel Made by Ten comes in with our creative and artistic portrait photography for real women.

Even our lowest priced portrait photography option that we offer in the GTA has the same final quality as our higher-end offerings. You also get the same quality experience; albeit limited to 45 minutes. The only reason we offer it is because we want all women to know what it’s like to have the best experience of their lives and we don’t want affordability to stop them.

Does it hurt our bottom line? Yea.

But does it feel great to be able to change lives? Hell yea!

We believe all creative and artistic women deserve to have beautiful artwork of themselves. Don’t you?

We also offer higher priced options for those who can afford an even more amazing experience with us and that helps us to continue providing the high quality service and experience we are known for.

But if you think it’s all about the end result – that beautiful, timeless piece of artwork you get to hang on your wall, then you’d be wrong. How we deliver the experience of being photographed and the ability to make regular, real women feel absolutely amazing is just as important to us.

Just imagine if we set up some lights and let a robot to press the camera shutter. Wouldn’t that feel sterile? It would be like sitting in a photobooth; not an experience you’d spend good money on!

We’re here for real, artistic women who want the best quality experience and photography they can get their hands on. If this isn’t you and you need help finding the photographer that is the right fit for you then send us a message or comment below. We’re glad to help. If you have a shortlist we can help you figure out which is best for you too!
